Your new role

You will be responsible for supporting the FP&A and Controlling aspects of the finance team, including forecast, budgeting, planning, and analysis. You will also have the opportunity to manage more than two staff members, lead teams and projects, as well as maintain strong communication with business partners in other teams to communicate financial information with them. You will have the opportunity to directly support and lead the Japan business to flourish, assuring that its accounting systems run efficiently and effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

An ideal candidate would be a flexible and dedicated worker with good communication skills. Candidates should have about five years of accounting experience. ERP experience (SAP or Oracle) is a plus. It is a plus to have previous experience in a retail company. Business English (spoken and written) is also important for the job to communicate with overseas colleagues.
