Responsibilities


  • Expand Distribution Channels: Acquire new partners to enhance travel booking distribution and increase brand visibility.
  • Quality Opportunities: Evaluate potential collaborations rigorously, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Identify and qualify partners through outbound efforts, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Effective Lead Generation: Implement strategies to grow the partner pipeline efficiently.
  • Strategic Negotiations: Spearhead negotiations with potential partners, aligning agreements with group business objectives.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee partnerships from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth transition to execution.


Requirements


  • Sales and Business Development Expertise: A proven track record in sales, business development, and partner acquisition, Account Management (ideally within the Travel Industry)
  • Seasoned Experience: At least 6 years of work experience in business development or account management.
  • Key Skills: Strong abilities in lead generation, negotiation, and communication, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Industry Savvy: Excellent understanding of Internet trends and the ever-evolving landscape of the travel industry.
  • Effective Communication: Proficiency in both the local language and strong English communication skills.
