Coordinating clients’ business trips
Assistance to the study sessions (presentation materials)
Coordinating entertainment in line with the company’s entertainment policy
Coordinating logistics for the visitors from the other global offices
Support for major client events and team events as needed and directed
Administrative support on ad hoc projects
Managing the executives/stakeholders’ calendars
Setting up internal/external meetings
Coordinating domestic / international business trips
Expense Reimbursement and handling Invoices
Key Skills
A Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent
Native Japanese and business level English
Minimum 10 years of administrative experience
Related industry experience is preferred but not a must.
Demonstrated success in a mid-size professional services organisation
Demonstrated leadership skills; ability to develop, motivate and lead people (people management)
Knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting and familiarity with office Information Technology
Excellent communication skills
Experience as an executive assistant to senior executives and office management experience will be a plus and not a must.
