Your new role

• Handle daily accounting tasks and operations.
• Prepare month-end, year-end closings, and reports.
• Oversee sales/accounts receivable, including billing and cash applications.
• Manage credit notes and discounts with sales teams.
• Issue invoices, sales orders, or statements as needed.
• Follow up on customer collections weekly.

What you'll need to succeed

• Self-motivated, detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn

• Good communication skills, a good team player with a positive attitude

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint or other analysis tools
