Your new role

• Own end-to-end accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing
• Manage AR/AP, cash flow, invoicing, and day-to-day financial transactions
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with external stakeholders
• Support team development while strengthening the overall accounting function

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience with ownership of monthly closing
• Strong full-cycle accounting knowledge (AP/AR, GL, cash management, invoicing)
• Experience in annual closing and coordinating with external accounting partners
• Proven track record of improving accounting processes and workflows
• Ability to communicate effectively and guide or mentor team members
