Responsibilities

Responsible for sales order target and develop/support customer's success.
Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners through daily activity
Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans.
Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities
Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations
Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree in STEM Degree and more than 5 years sales experience
Aggressive passion for the growth with Strong leadership
Strong accountability as field engineerDemonstrated global sales skill by a tight collaboration with R&D team
Demonstrated ability to develop key relationships in a customer facing roleEnglish Communication (>730 TOEIC)
Fluent Japanese Communication
Willingness to travel approximately 25%-50% of the time
