Your new role

This key position will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company's people, assets, and operations in Japan. Lead implementation of global security strategies, manage country security programs & provide expert guidance to mitigate risks and respond to crises. Reports to the Japan Head of Global Facilities and Engineering Japan and works closely with the Global Security & Crisis Management Team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Min 3-5 yrs' experience in a security or similar role, such as within corporate security, facility management, safety management or similar sectors.
• Proven multi-year track record in an international working environment.
• Fluency in English and Japanese (native level preferred). Intercultural collaboration experience.
• Experience in conducting crisis management training
• Willingness to respond flexibly to crisis situations, also outside of working hours in case of emergency
• Proactive, innovative, and collaborative approach to security and crisis
