Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven, end-to-end experience across supply chain management, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory control
• Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on experience working with external manufacturers (CMOs) and 3PL providers
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for inventory and manufacturing management
• Solid understanding of GMP compliance and quality-related processes in a regulated environment
• The ability to manage risk, respond calmly in crisis situations, and drive problem-solving initiatives
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and regional/global counterparts
