Your new role

• Contribute to SAP Financials (FI/CO) implementation projects, covering areas such as controlling, product costing, profitability analysis, project accounting, and month‑end processes.
• Analyze client business requirements in detail and convert them into system specifications and solution proposals.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, map business processes, and align system design with client objectives.
• Configure, customize, and test FI/CO modules while identifying gaps and proposing improvements.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical specialists, supporting troubleshooting, training, and documentation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong practical understanding of finance and accounting areas, including financial accounting, management accounting, and IFRS standards.
• At least 3 years of ERP implementation experience, preferably with SAP.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills for working with both clients and internal teams.
• Business‑level English and Japanese (JLPT N2+).
• Ability to work independently, support junior members, and communicate confidently with mid‑level client stakeholders.
