Your new role

• Lead digital transformation initiatives using SAP and other package solutions.
• Engage in upstream processes such as current state analysis, system planning, and vendor selection.
• Support global ERP implementations and core system rollouts, including PMO activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in SAP or IT-driven business transformation projects.
• Strong interest in upstream consulting and global or digital solution projects.
• Japanese fluency (native or business level); English proficiency is a plus.
