Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with corporate travel clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our technology solutions. You will act as a strategic partner, helping clients streamline travel processes, optimize costs, and enhance traveler experience through our IT platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel technology solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, customer support) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
- Stay informed on travel industry trends and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in account management, sales, or client success within travel technology, IT, or corporate travel sectors.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of travel technology platforms and corporate travel management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese and English.
- Ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders.
- Preferred:
- Experience with global travel technology providers or TMCs (Travel Management Companies).
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
