Job Description:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of AI technologies, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals.
  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries to promote our AI solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our AI solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English.
