Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Market Research:
    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.


Requirements:
  • Experience:
    2+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Strong understanding of IT products and services.
  • Adaptability:
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
