A global leader in advanced technologies, offering solutions in software monetisation through its products. The Tokyo-based software monetisation team focusses on delivering licencing, entitlement management, and protection solutions to enterprise clients.

Your new role

Responsible for acquiring entirely new B2B clients ("new logos") in both existing and emerging markets. This is a pure new business role focused on strategic outreach, full-cycle sales management, and closing high-value software licencing deals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored SaaS solutions and drive pipeline growth.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 15+ years of IT sales experience, especially in software licencing.
  • Proven success in consultative, high-touch sales environments.
  • Strong ability to engage stakeholders from operational to C-level.
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating enterprise deals.
  • Fluent Japanese and business-level English.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of ISV/IDV/SaaS markets.
