As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a small team of Account Executives, driving strategic sales initiatives, and expanding the company’s presence across key verticals in Japan. While cybersecurity experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, enterprise sales expertise, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Drive strategic account planning and execution across enterprise clients.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, particularly in the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, pre-sales, and customer success.
- Report directly to the regional leadership team and contribute to Japan market strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership, ideally within technology or software.
- Experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese business landscape; experience with financial industry clients is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
