Your new role
Brand Strategy Execution: Translate brand vision, policies, and strategies into area-specific store plans for achieving results.
Team Leadership: Lead the team in implementing sales strategies and action plans to meet sales goals.
Enhanced Customer Experience: Develop teamwork, analyse business processes, and enhance customer loyalty through effective store operations.
Strategic Improvements: Collaborate with head office departments to propose and implement measures for overall brand enhancement based on customer insights and market trends.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in area management equivalent to at least 3 years in the retail business (retail and distribution industry, etc.).
Native/Fluent Japanese, Business English
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with store managers, store staff and related office departments.
Ability to manage complex tasks (analysis, planning, execution) for individual stores and the overall management of the assigned area.
Ability to negotiate and develop effective business plans with business partners.
