Your new role

• Brand Strategy Execution: Translate brand vision, policies, and strategies into area-specific store plans for achieving results.

• Team Leadership: Lead the team in implementing sales strategies and action plans to meet sales goals.

• Enhanced Customer Experience: Develop teamwork, analyse business processes, and enhance customer loyalty through effective store operations.

• Strategic Improvements: Collaborate with head office departments to propose and implement measures for overall brand enhancement based on customer insights and market trends.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in area management equivalent to at least 3 years in the retail business (retail and distribution industry, etc.).

• Native/Fluent Japanese, Business English

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with store managers, store staff and related office departments.

• Ability to manage complex tasks (analysis, planning, execution) for individual stores and the overall management of the assigned area.

• Ability to negotiate and develop effective business plans with business partners.
