Associate Consultants. Whether you're starting your career or transitioning into a new field, this is a chance to develop with one of the world’s leading specialist recruitment firms.

As an Associate Consultant, you will:
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across a variety of industries
  • Source talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to offer stage
  • Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and team goals

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Previous experience in sales or agency recruitment is a plus—but not required.
  • A collaborative approach and a positive attitude
