We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong Japanese skills and financial industry experience to support operational processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to efficient workflow management.

What you'll need to succeed

Required Qualifications:
  • Native in Japanese and business level in English
  • Compliance and Risk mindset
  • At ease with numbers
  • Time management and Prioritization skills
  • Comfortable with OA skills (MS Excel, etc)
  • Financial Industry experience for 1 year

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Financial Industry experience for 1 year or more
  • Operational process experience in a bank or securities company
  • Settlement process experience
  • IT Project related experience
  • English speaking
