Project Manager

  • Localize and deploy new systems and frameworks introduced in North America and the EU for the Japanese market
  • Identify operational issues through data analysis and on-site observation
  • Promote continuous improvement using the PDCA cycle
  • Standardize improvement initiatives with scalability in mind for nationwide rollout
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including local site managers and overseas teams, to drive project execution

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong project management and business improvement skills and experiences

  • Fluent Japanese

  • Basic knowledge of database related area
