Your new role

As the ERP (Production) Implementation Project Specialist or Sub-Leader, you will drive the rollout of a new core ERP system across multiple manufacturing sites. You will take a leading role in supporting system introduction, optimising operations, and contributing to production efficiency improvements.
This role involves coordinating with various internal stakeholders, exercising strong leadership, and ensuring a smooth and effective system.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong experience in implementing or operating core ERP systems (manufacturing and/or SCM), with advanced technical knowledge of systems

Hands-on leadership experience in system implementation at a manufacturing site and the ability to drive project management and team coordination.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to solve problems and achieve project outcomes.

Preferred: experience in pharma manufacturing operations, basic GMP understanding, PMO exposure, or practical English skills.
