Product Control

Bilingual product controller with relevant experience in financial services with over 3–5 years
A leading securities firm is seeking a Product Controller to join their Tokyo office. This is a great opportunity for a motivated finance professional to work closely with trading desks and gain exposure to a wide range of financial products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily P&L production and validation across multiple asset classes
  • Collaborate with front office, risk, and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
  • Investigate and resolve valuation and booking issues
  • Support month-end close and financial reporting processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

Ideal Candidate:
  • 3–5 years of experience in product control, finance, or middle office functions
  • Solid understanding of financial products including
    Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities, and Rates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Japanese, English proficiency is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
