Your new role
Cargo Tracking and Domestic Supplier Freight Arrangement:
- Arrange for tracking of cargo shipments.
- Coordinate freight arrangements with domestic suppliers.
Confirmation and Arrangement of Shipping Documents for Overseas Suppliers:
- Verify and arrange shipping documents for suppliers located abroad.
Warehousing Process:
- Handle the process related to goods storage upon arrival.
Monthly Payment Request to Suppliers:
- Create payment requests for suppliers on a monthly basis.
Purchase Order Creation:
- Generate purchase orders.
Verification of Purchase Order-Related System Data and Master Data Input:
- Check data related to purchase orders in the system and input master data.
Monthly Report Generation:
What you'll need to succeed
Inventory Management and Cargo Tracking:
- Experience or knowledge in managing inventory.
- Handling cargo tracking for shipments.
Communication with Suppliers and Warehouses (via Email or Phone):
- Interacting with suppliers and warehouses through email or phone communication.
What you'll get in return
Work From Home up to 3 times a week and monthly salary up to 350,000 yen monthly
