- Lead improvements and efficiency initiatives in payroll operations and related systems, including coordination with external vendors
- Plan and drive HR-related projects (e.g., policy design, implementation; legal compliance)
- Collaborate with relevant departments to manage and adjust HR systems and operations

- 3+ years of experience in payroll operations
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
