  • Lead improvements and efficiency initiatives in payroll operations and related systems, including coordination with external vendors
  • Plan and drive HR-related projects (e.g., policy design, implementation; legal compliance)
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to manage and adjust HR systems and operations

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll operations
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency
