A Partner Success Specialist to help a global SaaS vendor strengthen partner delivery quality across Japan’s retail ecosystem.

Role Summary

  • Enable retail-focused partners on onboarding, solution training, and best practices
  • Monitor partner performance and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Support retail transformation projects including POS modernization and e-commerce integration
  • Assist partners in scoping, deploying, and optimizing cloud solutions
  • Work cross-functionally with Partner Sales, Support, and Product teams

Who Fits This Role

  • 2–5 years in partner operations, channel enablement, customer success, or consulting
  • Experience with retail, e-commerce, or store operations is valuable
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Native Japanese; conversational English

Excellent role for someone who prefers a partner-focused path rather than direct sales.
