Position Summary:

As a Partner Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key partners to drive sales and revenue growth. You will work closely with partners to understand their needs, provide support, and develop strategies to maximize their success with our client's solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand the company's market reach.
  • Collaborate with partners to create and execute joint business plans.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing partner relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
