Your new role

  • Handle customer communications—both email and phone calls—with professionalism, addressing questions, service needs, and concerns.
  • Manage the packing and delivery process for customer shipments.
  • Provide claim details to the insurance provider for processing.
  • Liaise with both external partners and internal teams to address and track system-related concerns.
  • Create monthly analytics reports to track business operations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Over 2 years experience in customer services

  • Advanced skills in Word, PPT, and Excel

  • Native level Japanese, Business level English
