Your new role

As an Operational Risk VP, you will be joining a small dedicated local team, but also as part of a larger regional and global team. You and your team members will be responsible for identifying and raising potential risks that arise from general business operations, working together with front office and other risk members to mitigate and resolve them.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to maximise your potential and get the most out of this role, you will have:

• Minimum 8 years experience in global markets banking, in risk or front office positions
• Fluent Japanese and English, to partner comfortably with internal stakeholders and your team mates in other offices
• Preferable: experience with fixed income product lines
