Tasks
- Organization, preparation of client meetings and internal meetings
- Assistance with travel logistics, flights and accommodation
- Provide administrative support and assistance for team members
- General administrative duties (telephone service, mailings, and buying office supplies)
- Process monthly expense report and reimbursements for team member
- Prepare payments and invoices, collect financial data and submit to accounting outsourcing firm
Skills
- Excellent level of business English and Japanese
- Over 5 years of administrative support experience for a small company, including support for executives
- Delivery focused with a high level of attention to detail
- An ability to assess problems quickly and provide effective, innovative solutions with confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
