• Design and develop next-gen observability features using tools like Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and cloud-native technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: concept, design, testing, deployment.
• Collaborate in agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable and reliable monitoring solutions for global infrastructure.
• Influence architectural decisions and contribute to the strategic direction of the observability platform.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and SREs to enhance system resilience and operational efficiency.
• Promote observability best practices and mentor junior engineers.

  Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, Sloth, OpenTelemetry, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud Gateway
• CI/CD:
  Jenkins, GitLab

• Fluent in English or business-level Japanese (written & verbal)
• Strong Linux experience
• 3+ years of experience in Java and Python
• Agile development experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools
• Understanding of enterprise-level production support processes
