Your new role

• Design and execute Japan’s new graduate hiring strategy
• Analyse market trends and propose improvements to recruitment processes
• Plan and deliver internship and early‑talent programs
• Strengthen employer branding for new grad attraction
• Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders
• Drive engagement initiatives and support onboarding for interns and new graduates
• Manage projects to enhance the candidate experience and intern‑to‑graduate conversion

What you'll need to succeed

• Business‑level Japanese and conversational English
• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment (new grads or mid‑career), or agency/RPO background
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously
• Attention to detail and good data‑analysis skills
• Comfortable working in large/global organisations
