Your new role
- Design and execute Japan’s new graduate hiring strategy
- Analyse market trends and propose improvements to recruitment processes
- Plan and deliver internship and early‑talent programs
- Strengthen employer branding for new grad attraction
- Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and business stakeholders
- Drive engagement initiatives and support onboarding for interns and new graduates
- Manage projects to enhance the candidate experience and intern‑to‑graduate conversion
What you'll need to succeed
- Business‑level Japanese and conversational English
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment (new grads or mid‑career), or agency/RPO background
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously
- Attention to detail and good data‑analysis skills
- Comfortable working in large/global organisations
