Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Major Account Manager to join our team in Tokyo. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Aerospace & Defense industry, with a proven track record in managing major accounts. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Aerospace & Defense industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing major accounts.
- Business-level proficiency in English and native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
