Your new role

This role will lead the Softlines category, overseeing fashion, home, and accessories, driving licensing and retail partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth, brand positioning, and innovation. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the Japanese market, be experienced in managing large teams, and possess a strategic yet hands-on leadership style.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Candidates with only FMCG experience without exposure to licensing, retail, or brand commercialization.
  • Candidates focused primarily on Luxury Fashion or E-Commerce without a strong background in mass market Softlines or brand licensing.
  • Those without experience in navigating complex stakeholder relationships within a large, global organization.
  • Candidates who are not strategic thinkers or lack the ability to execute at both an operational and high-level leadership capacity.

What you'll get in return
