A global leading media company is looking for a Legal Assistant in their Tokyo office!

Your new company

This global leading media company is one of the largest in its sector, serving worldwide, generating revenue across almost 30+ markets worldwide. Some of the world’s top publications relate to all things fashion and design. To capitalise on the company’s growth, they are looking to expand their Legal team in the Tokyo Office.

Your new role

You’ll effectively work hands with the Associate Counsel responsible for all legal matters. Supporting day-to-day contract management, providing legal advice, implementing new strategies, aligning to global policies. The opportunity to work on various exciting projects and well-known brands across the industry.


What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role within legal will lead to your success, as well as:
  • 2 years legal and contract management experience
  • Bilingual Japanese & English
  • Motivated, good communication personality
  • Media, publication, B2C business industry experience are a plus
