Your new role
- Drive HR processes
- Support organisational development, culture, and well-being programs
- Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and managers
- Lead projects to modernise HR systems
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and health & safety regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced HR services
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Proven success in linking HR strategies to business objectives
- Experience in HR transformation or process optimisation projects
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Business-level English and Japanese fluency
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry preferred
- Familiarity with Workday and health committee administration is a plus
