Your new role

• Drive HR processes
• Support organisational development, culture, and well-being programs
• Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and managers
• Lead projects to modernise HR systems
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and health & safety regulations
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced HR services

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of HR experience
• Proven success in linking HR strategies to business objectives
• Experience in HR transformation or process optimisation projects
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
• Business-level English and Japanese fluency
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry preferred
• Familiarity with Workday and health committee administration is a plus
