Your new role
- Participating in a multi‑function HR rotation program
- Supporting early recruitment activities in your initial Talent Acquisition placement
- Learning core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Contributing to team projects and cross-functional HR initiatives
- Preparing and submitting required application documents as part of the selection process
What you'll need to succeed
- 2-4 years of professional experience (HR experience welcomed)
- Strong logical thinking, initiative, and motivation for an HR career
- Academic ability equivalent to a competitive university level
- English proficiency (TOEIC or similar; business level preferred)
- Experience in a mid‑ to large‑scale organisation
