Your new role

• Resolves tickets passed from the service desk when on-site support is necessary
• Installs, maintains and documents local services in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains the local computer hardware and IT assets
• Installation, configuration and lifecycle management of IT devices (PC, server, printer, network device, etc)

What you'll need to succeed

• Good knowledge of standard computer/network technologies
• Basic knowledge of Network
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, file server, printer server, Office 365
• Experience of working with IT teams from different regions/ countries in English.

• Able to communicate in Japanese, including writing announcements etc in Japanese, preferably equivalent to Level 2 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test
• Have a valid working visa, spouse visa or a Permanent Resident
