What you'll need to succeed

• IT infrastructure operations experience, including cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows/Network operations and scripting (Shell, PowerShell).
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ability to read/write basic English documentation.
