Your new role

• Lead licence management and transition strategy
• Define enterprise architecture governance and future IT landscape strategy aligned with the new holding company.
• Collaborate with internal departments to manage TSA methodology and assess commercial risks.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in licence management and enterprise IT transitions in global organisations.
• Strong knowledge of legal, antitrust, and controlling aspects; fluent in both English and Japanese.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and governance framework design.
