An international real estate investment firm headquartered in Singapore
Your new role
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and underwriting new investment opportunities
- Engage in the due diligence, deal structuring with external parties- Conduct market research and provide market insights on potential acquistions
What you'll need to succeed
- 2,3 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate investment and advisory
- Fluent in Japanese and English- Experience in due diligence and modelling is a plus
*They have a modelling test during the interview process
