Department Introduction
There are 5 permanent employees in the KAM (Key Account Management) & DES (Direct Export Sales) team, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Global Fleet Sales Manager to support our international fleet sales operations.
Current responsibility of the KAM & DES team:
Sales for International tender with special purpose truck, ODA (Official Development Assistance) tender, direct sales to the United Nations, and global sales activities to major key account customers
Your new role
This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key global accounts, and driving revenue growth through fleet partnerships across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global fleet sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with multinational corporations, leasing companies and logistics companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target customers
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align global strategies with local execution
- Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure compliance with international trade and regulatory requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product and pricing strategies
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis to the management
- Represent the company at international conferences and client meetings
