Your new role
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies targeting institutional clients across Japan.
- Deliver integrated campaigns using digital, events, media, partnerships, and thought‑leadership content.
- Collaborate closely with sales, investment, product, compliance, and communications teams to support business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years’ marketing experience within financial services, ideally asset management covering institutional clients.
- Native‑level Japanese and business‑level English, with excellent communication and project‑management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver multi‑channel campaigns (digital, events, ATL/BTL) and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
