Duties and responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing strategy for growing IRF sales in Japan
Building sustainable, long-term relationships and a significant share of wallet growth at customers in Japan
Proactively engage with IRF customers frequently to support mainly through the partner
Provide attractive value creation for direct customers and through pull creation at End Users for retrofit (decarbonization) projects.
Facilitating and conducting product and sales training at our partner and product training at end customers
Ensure strong collaboration, motivation, alignment, coordination with partner and strong execution.
Effective management of key stakeholders on operational and executive level (Product Line, APR Regional Sales).
