Your new role

As HRBP Manager, your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Lead and manage an HRBP team supporting multiple business functions
• Partner with and coach business leaders, with a strong focus on talent and leadership development
• Drive key talent management initiatives, including talent review processes, succession planning, and employee development
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years' experience as an HRBP or in C&B or L&D within Japan

• Willingness to travel approximately 10%

• Fluent Japanese and Business English
