Global Medical Technology Leader
Your new role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and support cultural transformation.
- Partner with COEs (Centers of Excellence) in Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, and Employee Relations.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Manage employee engagement strategies and action planning.
What you'll need to succeed
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP role.
- Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Native-level Japanese and Business-level English
