Your new role
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on talent and organisational development practices.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct performance management processes and support talent development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an HRBP or similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business English and Native Japanese.
