Your new role

• Providing HR support across multiple sites, business units, and functions
• Partnering with leaders to execute people strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Advising on employee relations, labour compliance, and HR policies
• Handling local labour-related activities not managed by central HR operations
• Resolving complex HR issues using solid knowledge of HR processes and related disciplines
• Leading small to medium HR projects with manageable risk and resource needs
• Acting as a resource and mentor for junior HR colleagues

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong HR generalist or HRBP experience in a multinational environment
• Knowledge of local labour laws and employee relations
• Ability to manage complex issues with sound judgment
• Experience leading HR initiatives or projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Analytical mindset and ability to evaluate multiple data sources
