Your new role
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, helping drive business performance through people and organizational initiatives. Working closely with HR Centers of Excellence, global HR teams, and senior management, you will support workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business leaders to identify and address organizational and people-related challenges.
- Supporting organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Driving succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Supporting performance management and compensation planning processes.
- Leading organizational transformation and change management programs.
- Partnering with global HR teams and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Utilizing people data and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years of HR experience.
- Experience advising and influencing senior business leaders.
- Strong strategic HR and business partnering capability.
- Experience driving organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action plans.
- Business-level English communication skills capable of contributing in global meetings and discussions.
Preferred:
- Experience within a multinational organization.
- Experience managing global HR projects.
- Experience within highly regulated or science-based industries.
