You will work as HRBP including but not limited to :
  • Formulation and implementation of HR strategies
  • Support for organizational development and talent development
  • Enhancement of employee engagement
  • Advisory and coordination on HR operations

What you'll need to succeed

5+ years of HRBP experience

Fluent in Japanese, Business level in English
