Your new role
- Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to people leaders, providing strategic HR support and guidance.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster an inclusive culture and enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE): Promote IDE principles and practices, creating inclusive environments and advancing equity across HR processes and policies.
- Performance Management: Provide consultation on goal setting, performance management processes, feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
- Employee Relations and Experience: Guide managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain an engaging and productive work environment and mitigate risks.
- Workforce Planning: Utilize workforce planning methodologies and tools to anticipate talent needs and align workforce plans with organizational objectives.
- Talent Management: Equip managers with skills and tools for selecting, developing, and retaining top talent through talent assessment and review processes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills, capable of negotiating and influencing leaders.
- Proficiency in leveraging data for decision-making.
- Native-level Japanese, businesss-level English.
