Your new role
Lead the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Workday as the primary system administrator.
Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external partners to ensure system integrity and alignment with business needs.
Drive automation and reporting initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with global and local data protection regulations while supporting a seamless user experience.
What you'll need to succeed
5+ years of experience managing Workday or similar HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), including project leadership and vendor coordination.
Strong understanding of HR processes in both Japanese and global business environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project planning skills.
Business-level English and Japanese as well as proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
